Dr. Tavel Optical Group, a well-established family-owned medical practice, is seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Worker to join our team. • Perform general construction duties such as painting, drywall installation, and carpentry work to maintain and update our store locations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including initiating safety protocols and following proper disposal procedures.
• Complete projects in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all work is completed according to our standards.
• Work collaboratively with other team members, including staff members and contractors, on projects and tasks.
• Maintain positive communication with office managers to ensure projects meet their expectations and are completed in a timely manner.
• Assist with other duties as needed, including basic maintenance and repairs to store fixtures and equipment.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the safety of all team members and customers.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of experience in construction or related field
• Experience in painting, drywall installation, and minor carpentry work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on completing high-quality work
• Ability to safely operate construction tools and equipment
• Ability to read instructions and blueprints when needed
