About the Role:
The Associate Packaging Engineer will drive packaging development across our portfolio of products, with a particular focus on Dr. Squatch's retail expansion. This role will scope, innovate, and design packaging solutions for retail bundles, displays, and any other secondary packaging. While this role will initially be focused on retail and fulfillment, there will be opportunities to work on the full breadth of packaging needs at Dr. Squatch. As a member of the Product Team, the Associate Packaging Engineer will work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to execute on packaging development.
This role will report to the Sr. Packaging Engineer.
This is a full-time role with company benefits based in Marina del Rey, CA.
The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $65,000 to $80,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.
