Purpose:
We are seeking an HR Operations & Project Management Associate to join our team in Princeton, NJ!As an HR Operations & Project Management Associate, your primary responsibility is to support the HR team in the smooth and efficient execution of various human resources processes and projects.You will play a vital role in managing HR systems, data, and policies, ensuring compliance with company regulations and industry standards as well as managing HR projects.Your duties will include:
Payroll and Audit
·Manage Internal SOX Audit, External SOX Audit, Internal Audit, External Audit, Payroll Audit, Stock Option Audit, and any other impromptu audit requests
·Conduct quarterly reconciliation of payroll information in ADP and SAP to ensure data always matches
·Ensure terminated employees paperwork is completed and stored. Store/file any other paperwork for personnel files
·Complete biweekly Payroll Action Forms and share with payroll for processing
HRIS
·Support HR Shared Services in digitization and data integrity efforts
·Partner with HR Shared Services to maintain HR data within SAP
·Engage with HRBP’s to audit and ensure that all employee data is accurate
·Download weekly SAP reports for the HR Team
HR Operations
·Create Holiday calendars and ensure alignment in Kronos and HR Systems
·Manage Vacation balances for employees on a yearly basis
·Perform employment verifications and create letters
·Prepare internal transfer and promotion letters
·Prepare benefit invoices and assist in open enrollment activities
·Support with other HR Operations activities as needed
·Maintain new hire and termination checklists
Project Management
·Manage the New Horizons Wellness Program.Engage external vendors, manage program communications, attendance, and incentives
·Benchmark employee personnel file best practices and prepare recommendations for going forward and execute the recommendation
·Benchmark employment verification best practices and opportunities to automate / outsource and execute the recommendation
·Partner with the NA HR Business Partners for a full audit of SAP data. Partner with HR Shared Services team to implement any changes and verify completion
·Other project duties as assigned
Qualifications / Skills:
4 years of experience in working within HR.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
·Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations and best practices
·Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·Proficiency in HR software and HRIS systems
·Strong organizational and time management abilities
·Strong project management skills.Ability to coordinate multiple projects and responsibilities
·Team player with a collaborative and approachable demeanor
·High degree of discretion and confidentiality
·Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
Professional HR Certification, preferred
Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident of U.S. or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.COVID-19 Vaccination
