Dr. Phillips Soccer Club is Hiring a Youth Soccer Coach Near Orlando, FL

About us

Dr. Phillips Soccer Club is a non-profit organization. Our staff is professional, agile, innovative and our goal is to nurture young players' physical, mental and social growth and allow them to reach their potential by playing Soccer.

We are seeking a passionate and creative individual with experience in soccer to join our professional organization. As the Soccer Coach, you will be responsible for planning team practice and implementing the team's strategy throughout their season. The Soccer Coach must be organized, detail oriented and able to work well with others, ensuring that talented and hardworking soccer players have the opportunity to succeed at our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Mentor young players in the fundamentals of soccer.
  • Teach tactful communication between players.
  • Demonstrate a sharp awareness of the field and its players.
  • Recognize strengths and weaknesses of players.
  • Encourage players using praise or constructive criticism.
  • Exercise good sportsmanship by congratulating opponents following a win or loss.
  • Maximize team performance by determining optimal strategies, formations, and formations at given times during the game.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
