• Duties to include the following:
• Supervise daily activities and workflow of front desk staff, medical assistants, phlebotomists, and billing department
• Assist in clinical duties including triaging patients, specimen collection, COVID testing, performing EKGs, etcManage administrative operations of medical practice
• Assist in hiring and onboarding of new employeesResolve human resources issues
• Data collection, filing, scheduling, answer telephones and provides other administrative duties as assigned
• Work on ongoing initiatives to drive patient growth of practice
• Ensure patient, staff and physician satisfaction for all assigned sites to the highest level of excellence
• Ensure compliance with all appropriate regulatory agencies, corporate compliance, system protocols and office procedures and communicating policy changes to appropriate staff
• Monitoring inventory and placing orders for resupply.Interacting with patients and addressing any concerns or complaints.
• Conducting regular staff meetings and employee performance reviews.
• Ensuring compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)Manage buildings, extensions, repairs, decorations, fixtures and fittings, gardening and maintenance of exterior
• Organize staff schedule/ time off requests
• Qualifications:MD, MPH, MBA, or MPA degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years management experience in a hospital or physician practice setting
• Ability to analyze satisfaction, financial, and operational data and develop plans for improvement
• Knowledge of laws and medical terminology related to the management and operations of medical practices
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 – 35 per week
