Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be proficient in data entry tasks. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

- Input data accurately into various computer systems and databases
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Ability to type with speed and accuracy
- Familiarity with pivot tables is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills to manage large volumes of data
- Experience with order entry systems is advantageous
