Job Title: Swimming Pool Technician

Location: Northwest, IN

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Saturday, 6:00 am to 8:00 pm CST

Position Overview:
DR Installs, located in Joliet, Illinois, is seeking two Skid Steer operator. Experience with excavators is required. Ideally, candidates should be familiar with operating a Bobcat T595 and MT100. It's also desirable for them to be able to drive a truck F350 with a trailer or have experience driving with trailers. Bilingualism is preferred, and candidates must have work authorization and a valid driver's license, preferably class C but not required. Relevant work experience of at least 2 years is necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities include performing all tasks safely, understanding and following safety procedures, operating equipment properly and safely, and complying with all quality policies and regulations.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with the ability to understand and communicate work instructions in English, and proficiency in blueprint reading.
• Candidates should also be able to use measuring equipment, lift more than 50 pounds when necessary, and meet physical demands such as heavy lifting, balancing, kneeling, and crouching.
• Additionally, they should be able to work in a non-air conditioned facility, in a high noise level environment, and correctly wear personal protective gear.
• Standing for 8 hours may be required, and proficiency in operating iPad/tablet technology as well as basic computer/technical skills are necessary.

Requirements:

• Excellent English and Spanish language skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong leadership abilities and self-efficiency.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• GED diploma or technician degree.
• Experience in machine operation and pool service.
• Ability to lift more than 50lbs.
• Comfortable with the STAR interview methodology.
