Are you looking to be part of a private practice? Is it a practice that allows you tons of earning potential? Are you looking to be full-time in one productive office? Do you want autonomy in your treatment planning?

We’re in search of a Full-Time associate dentist for our Flint location. New grads are welcome to apply. We're looking to bring on another excellent team member to help round out our current team! Some of the traits that we look forward to are compassion, good communication, caring, and treating our patients is in everyone's best interest. We’re not a “dental mill” we do some catching up before we get started to help ease our patients and to create a long-lasting connection with them! Treating our patients like family is something that the whole team does and that’s what we’re looking to do going forward as well. Please feel free to ask any questions you might have!

Base pay and/ or 35% of collections
$10,000 Sign on Bonus
401K
CE allowance of $1,500 per year

The office is located in the "medical mile" with great neighborhoods that surround the office. We keep the outside and inside of the practice very well-maintained and up-to date the best that we can. Come see for yourself!
