We are looking to hire a full-time Medical Receptionist/Medical Assistant to perform both Front Office and Back Office duties with a focus on front office duties. Must be comfortable working with computers and working in a fast-paced environment. Can get hands on experience. Newly graduate and bilingual welcome.

Front office duties include verifying insurance authorization, insurance eligibility, and checking in patients. Employees will be trained to perform back office duties such as basic lab tests, vital signs, patient h&p entry, phlebotomy, and assist the doctor in patient care. We are looking for an entry level individual who is eager to learn, works well with others, and is a fast learner.

• No experience required, candidate will be cross-trained to perform all duties
• Newly graduated welcome
• Experience with insurance authorization/processing EOB highly preferred
• Typing speed at least 50 wpm. Please include typing speed in resume.
• Computer skill is a plus. Experience with Windows/PC and Microsoft Office
• Must have a good attitude and be willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• There is room for promotion if found to be a fast learner.

Job Type: Full-time (7:30a - 2:00p M-F)

Salary: Dependent on experience and abilities.
