Treatment Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients seeking treatment
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival
- Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients
- Provide information about treatment options, procedures, and costs
- Assist with financial arrangements and payment processing
- Coordinate referrals to specialists or other healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology and dental insurance is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
