Dr. Dee Health Center is Hiring a Case Manager Near Huntington, CA
Dr. Dee Health Center is looking to hire a Case Manager for our Outpatient treatment facility.
Desired experience: EHR, ASAM Intake Assessments and Criteria, Individual Assessments, Group facilitating and documentation, Discharge Planning, Crisis Intervention
Meet with clients regularly (weekly or biweekly) to identify client needs and monitor progress in which Case Managers provide individual substance abuse counseling sessions.
We are seeking anindividual who has state recognized CADC certification (or is currently working towards obtaining their CADC) who will work well within a team atmosphere, and is self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Knowledge of: FMLA, EDD, SSI, EBT and ability to assist clients in obtaining these is a plus.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a behavioral healthcare field.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
