Dr. Agarwal is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Melbourne, FL

Duties:

- Must have experience working at a dental office. Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office.
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using the dental office's phone system
- Verify patient insurance coverage and assist with insurance claims processing
- Collect and record patient information, including medical history and personal details
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information about dental services
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow

Requirements:

- Previous experience working as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred

Prefer knowledge of Open Dental or Eaglesoft software
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer software
- Knowledge of emergency response protocols (e.g., CPR certification) is desirable
