Summary
DPS Group is seeking a QA Training Specialist for a client in Providence, RI. Successful candidates will be responsible for assisting the training department in creating and executing training plans, developing training materials, and ensuring that training is effective and efficient for all employees. Also, should have in-depth understanding of SharePoint sites, Training Guidelines as well as Engineering Documentation best practices.
Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate employee training programs on a large scale, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with trainers and trainees.
  • Assign training courses to employees based on their job roles and skill levels.
  • Document management knowledge; including ability to organize documents for distribution, traceability, retrieval, and archiving; all consistent with contract requirements and workflow procedures
  • Assist in creating new training materials including presentations.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training materials are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in generating reports on employee training progress.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating on-site training sessions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in a GMP environment
  • Designing and implementation of document management processes and procedures preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
  • Experience with LMS
  • Team player with exceptional customer service skills, integrity and ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
  • Requires strong attention to detail and analytical skills as well as problem analysis and resolution.
  • Ability to quickly adjust to a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Able to lead and or engage in a multi-disciplined project team
  • Good knowledge and understanding of applicable GMP regulatory requirements specifically related to engineering changes and Good engineering practices (GEP)
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to provide legal US work authorization documents required. Will consider US domestic travelers and relocation.
