DPS Group TSO is Hiring a Project Manager - Logistics CSA Near Chandler, AZ

Summary
DPS Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in support of large complex construction projects for a confidential semiconductor client located in Chandler, AZ. The Project Manager plans and organizes all architectural, engineering and construction functions specific to each project, coordinates and manages interaction between project teams and clients and change control and monitors project design. Provides guidance on technical resource loading for projects in semiconductor, biotech, pharmaceutical, or nutraceutical industries.
Successful candidates will have strengths in construction project management related to site logistics for industrial high-tech manufacturing facilities projects.
Proven experience in semiconductor construction preferred. Will consider domestic travelers and relocation. Must comply with current COVID-19 CDC guidelines to be considered, as these are fulltime onsite positions and will require either proof of vaccination or regular testing with negative results.

Responsibilities

  • Establish project budgets, prepare proposals, and develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Develop and maintain project resource plans.
  • Develop project execution plans including definition of scope, schedule, communication tools, software tools, deliverable distribution lists.
  • Collaborate with regional quality manager in the development project specific quality plans.
  • Properly identify and assess project risks and escalate to senior leadership as appropriate.
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction, Business or related field preferred with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Direct experience in similar position supporting semiconductor basebuild construction strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record in managing all phases of a project from feasibility thru procurement, execution and commissioning.
  • Proven track record in multi discipline coordination and management.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, strong work ethic, flexible self-starter.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize key activities and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to provide legal US work authorization documents required. Will consider US domestic travelers and relocation.
