DPS Group TSO is Hiring a Project Administrator Near Norwood, MA

Summary

The Project Administrator role supporting Engineering will be responsible for managing procurement requests, purchase order reconciliation, Engineering documentation processing, and project closeout. Excellent organizational skills, the ability to work independently on multiple tasks, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Purchase Requests through Purchase Order generation. Additionally, track spending against approved Purchase Orders.
  • Maintain records of all open Capital Projects within the Engineering department and track spending against approved Capital Projects.
  • Provide assistance with Engineering Work Requests and Work order processing.
  • Aid in the archival and maintenance of Engineering Documentation, both electronic and physical.
  • Assist in invoice resolution and payment
  • Assist in closing out projects and their associated POs
  • Assist in maintaining project cost data

Skills & Qualifications

  • High school degree required. Associates degree preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Above average Excel, Work and Powerpoint skills
  • Ability to professionally interact with vendors
  • Experience working with financial information related to construction projects
  • Working in a GMP environment preferred
