An intervention aide support students in need of additional academic assistance or behavioral support. Responsibilities include working closely with teachers to implement intervention strategies, providing one-on-one, or small group instruction, monitoring student progress, and collabortiing with parents and staff to create effective intervention plans. 

BASIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Regular and punctual attendance required
• Create a work environment favorable to learning and personal growth that will maintain behavior and academics
• Relay instructions and assignments with teachers, student, and administrators
• As assigned, work with individual students or small groups
• Learn and maintain knowledge of policies, routine record keeping and reports
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and information pertaining to individual students and /or overall program
• Assume reasonable job-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor in order to meet the needs of the school
