Job Description:
The Program Coordinator, under supervision of the Program Director, assists in the operational and financial management of the Doylestown Transitional Year residency program. The Program Coordinator supports a wide range of program facets, as described below.
Essential Functions:
1. Assist program leadership with day-to-day personnel and administrative support services of the program
2. Assure program compliance with rregulatory agency standards and maintains essential documents requird for program viability.
3. Assist in recruitng potential residents.
4. Coordinate the educational activities of the program fr incoming and current residents.
Job Qualifications:
Associates degree in Business Administration or related field or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
B. Experience:
Minimum of two years of office administration experience, preferably in a healthcare and/or education setting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office Systems.
Knowledge of the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS), National Residency Matching Program (NRMP), Accreditation Data System/Case Log System (ADS), FRIEDA, and other residency database systems strongly preferred.
C-TAGME certification preferred.
