Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school curriculum and educational standards.
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
- Utilize effective behavior management strategies to promote a productive classroom atmosphere.
- Use learning technology and resources to enhance student learning and engagement.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate instructional activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and assessments.
Experience:
- Proven experience in classroom management and creating a positive learning environment.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies.
- Familiarity with learning technology and its integration into the classroom.
- Proficient in literacy education, including reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
- Understanding of childhood development principles and age-appropriate teaching methods.
- Experience working with children in an educational setting.
- Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues.
