Visitation on a routine basis with new admits, assisting in the facilitation of necessary services, and coordination with all patient care departments as needed. Interview residents/families as necessary and in a private setting. Assist in arranging transportation to other facilities when necessary. Resident Admission Assessments Electronic Data Entry in PCC Able to work a flexible schedule Admissions Nurse (RN or LVN) Qualifications: Must provide evidence of being free of tuberculosis infection upon hire and as set forth by the policies of the facility. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language. Must possess the ability to make independent decisions. Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public. Must be knowledgeable of policies and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
