**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate the cleaning of all components on a remote wind farm site, ensuring they are completed efficiently and on schedule as well as operate an industrial grade pressure washer. Washing will be done prior to the erection of the turbine components. Expected timeline for wind farm is June 2024 through November 2024. Training would start in May 2024

**Duties:**

- Supervise cleaning project from planning to completion

- Coordinate and communicate day to day operations at the wind farm site in regards to cleaning wind tower components.

- Operate off road boom lift in order to wash wind tower components.

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

- Monitor project progress and report progress to main office.

- Resolve any issues that may arise on-site including minor machine breakdowns and other issues.

- Collaborate with engineers, and contractors

- Prep and paint small sections of wind tower areas that had minor damage.

- Ability to work in a remote environment with other people with varying hours.

**Qualifications:** Not required but highly recommended

- Proven experience in construction management

- Familiarity with how a commercial construction site operates

- Flexibilty within the work day

- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards

- Excellent supervisory skills

- MUST HAVE CLEAN VALID DRIVERS LICENSE

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
