You will lead a team of 2-5 team members and perform general landscape installation duties safely and efficiently while paying close attention to detail and quality. Here’s an overview of what you can expect to do while working here:Manage an enhancement team of up to 5 team members Communicate progress updates to the Enhancement Manager, Account Manager, and client as neededInstall a variety of plant materials utilizing proper planting techniquesUse landscaping tools and heavy equipment in a safe mannerAccurately identify plant and landscaping materialsProperly weed client sites by hand or by utilizing landscape equipmentPerform site cleanup duties which includes but is not limited to clearing and disposing of trash and organic materialManage timekeeping records for your team and track materials used leveraging the Aspire platformMaintain a positive and collaborative attitude with internal and external clientsPerform other tasks as assignedRequirementsMinimum 1 year of related experienceAbility to perform physical work in all weather conditionsMust be highly organized with the ability to reprioritize tasks to meet client needsReliable transportationPreferred Skills & ExperienceBilingual in English and SpanishValid Florida Driver’s License and the ability to pass an MVR checkBenefitsThe well-being of our team members is important to us, and we want to ensure that you feel supported in your growth.
