Customer Service - Provide excellent customer service through positive interactions, always. Actively engage customers to find out what the customer wants; and get the product for them accurately, politely, and enthusiastically!

Product Knowledge – Know, understand, and support the company’s purpose to provide high-quality, local, organic, plant-based products.

Merchandise With Flair - Meet the customers’ standards of cleanliness and fulfillment by performing the eight golden rules of Down to Earth merchandising.

Attendance & Punctuality – Being present and on-time when scheduled is essential to fulfilling our mission of service to our customers.

Be Productive – As a team of mission-driven individuals, work cooperatively and collaboratively with fellow Team Members to ensure success. Be productive, be present, be part of the team.

Front-End Supervisor, Clerk II – Supervisory role. Responsible for the operational performance of the Front-End, while on shift. Together, the Store Management and Front-End Supervisor share in the successful achievement of all departmental goals.

Experience

Cashier, Clerk I - Prior cash-handling and/or cashiering experience preferred.

Front-End Supervisor, Clerk II –

• Minimum of six months of cash-handling and/or cashiering experience.
• Minimum of six months of supervisory experience.
• Previous natural foods retail experience preferred.

Skills

• Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, utilizing basic math skills.

• Problem Solving – Ability to solve a variety of situations in a productive, friendly, and courteous manner.

• Ability to communicate effectively with fellow Team Members and customers.

• Ability to perform basic computer functions, particularly whilst utilizing Microsoft programs.

Starting Pay

Cashier, Clerk I – $16 per hour

Front-End Supervisor, Clerk II - $18.50 per hour
