Down the Street Eats is Hiring a Culinary Professional In Training Program Near Winter Park, CO

Down the Street Eats is a restaurant group based in and around Winter Park, Colorado. We believe in having great food and great service at all of our locations.

We just have one problem: the restaurant industry is booming and we need to find leaders who want to grow into a career with us.

This is where you come in. The Culinary Trainee will shadow a variety of roles in our organization including our full service and deli locations. You will be hands on learning the ins and outs of all positions in our locations. If you successfully complete the program there may be opportunities for long term employment.

Skills Needed to Win:

  • Preferred, currently enrolled or completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Training Program or something similar.
  • Follow and maintain all health code regulation.
  • Ability to use and adapt to a multitude of software.
  • Enforce rules and regulations for Staff.

Down the Street Eats is a restaurant group based out of Winter Park, Colorado. We currently own 4 concepts and 4 locations: Rudi's Deli Winter Park, Vertical Bistro & Tap, Brickhouse 40 and The Noble Buck.

Pay: $22 / hour
