The position will report to the Director, Finance - Dover Digital and will have a close working relationship with the Corporate Finance and Accounting Group, along with interaction with the segment corporate offices and operating company locations. This position will play a key role in developing and enhancing policies and procedures as well as participating in business-critical projects involving digital transformation. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience with financial analysis, financial modeling, profitability analysis and/or auditing techniques.
• Experience with analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
• Candidate should be detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in progressive FP&A, or business partnership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with analytical and forward-thinking mindset.
• Self-motivated team player who can build good working relationships with business partners, strong work ethic, positive attitude, and drive to succeed.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Financial Modeling: Build, maintain and improve financial models to plan, measure and forecast the business.
• Assists in the budgeting and monthly forecasting process
• Works with Accounting and Business Partners to manage capital expenditures and assets
• Perform Month-End reporting including results against AOP, Forecast, and YOY trends with commentary
• Partner with Corporate Accounting team to appropriately capture month-end entries.
• Work with multiple operating companies to manage costs and create and post intercompany transfers
• Ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support business partners

Work Arrangement : Hybrid

Salary Range : $105,000.00 - $120,000.00
