Overview:
Rose Bakery in search of a highly innovative and creative Head Chef/Café Manager to oversee the Front of House (FoH), Back of House (BoH), and retail operations of the café. This role entails curating and executing daily Savory and Pastry menus, procuring ingredients, team management, customer service, event coordination, catering, recruitment, training, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
