Look no further than Dove Healthcare! We are seeking a full-time rehabilitation office manager to join our team of growing healthcare professionals.
As the rehabilitation office manager, you will support our Bloomer and Rice Lake therapy teams and be responsible for:
- completing MDS documentation
- obtaining insurance authorizations
- entering all DARs
- assisting with caseload scheduling
- coordinating admissions and discharges
- assisting with transporting patients to and from therapy gyms for appointments
- current WI PTA, PT, COTA, or OT license
- a minimum of 5 years treating experience, preferably in skilled nursing
