As the director of nursing, you will:
- work collaboratively to lead all clinical services,
- develop and implement nursing practices to ensure high quality care,
- oversee regulatory compliance, including
- patient care and resident rights
- nursing practices
- staffing and employee development
- budget
Required Qualifications:
- current Wisconsin licensure as a Registered Nurse
- degree from an accredited school of nursing
- previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility
- knowledge of State and Federal regulations
