Dove Healthcare - Bloomer Assisted Living, a resident care apartment complex (RCAC) with 24 apartments, has an exciting opportunity for a full-time director to collaborate with and lead our compassionate team. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, including overseeing resident care and services, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supervising employees.

As the director, you will:

• tour perspective families and/or residents and respond to any family and/or resident concerns
• conduct pre-admission assessments and coordinate admission paperwork
• schedule and conduct interviews, evaluations, reviews, and other employee meetings
• round daily and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations
• pick up shifts when necessary
• schedule classes and prepare/coordinate employee meetings
• maintain employee schedules, attendance, and payroll records
• order supplies
• participate in recruitment and retention activities

Required Skills:

• established ability to manage people and processes
• knowledge of state and federal regulations
• effective problem solving and communication skills and a passion to work as part of an interdisciplinary team
• excellent customer service and communication skills
• ability to multi-task and perform in an environment with interruptions, multiple responsibilities, and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• previous nursing home or assisted living administrator/director experience
