Duties:

• - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts

• - Daily Deposits
• -Service/Parts cash and credit card daily reconciliations
• - Maintain documentation and records in accordance with company policies
• -Misc Office Duties

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in public accounting or similar role is a plus
- Strong understanding of technical accounting principles and practices
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
