**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and oversee the company's daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of the business.
- Collaborate with senior management to set operational policies, strategic goals, and initiatives that align with the company’s overall objectives.
- Develop and implement new processes and systems to improve productivity and enhance client satisfaction.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring financial targets are met.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise operational staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages top performance and high morale.
- Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and present findings and suggestions to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, particularly those specific to residential real estate.

**Requirements:**
- Must be licensed in residential real estate with at least two years of direct experience in the field.
- Proven track record of operational success in the real estate sector, with demonstrable skills in strategic planning and business development.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- High degree of professionalism and a client-centered approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
