Delivery drivers are most often the only face that many of our customers will ever see. Accordingly, it is important that every member of our delivery team always be polite, courteous, friendly, and professional. Most of the time our drivers will be working independently, delivering hot pizzas to our hungry customers as their primary job function. When not delivering, drivers will help the rest of the team in the store with an assortment of tasks. Delivery Drivers are responsible for food delivery, assisting in the kitchen, cleaning, and customer service. Tasks include food delivery, helping in the kitchen, stocking, washing dishes, sweeping, mopping, taking customers’ orders, and performing many other related and reasonable tasks. Outlined below are the performance standards and job duties that are required of our delivery drivers. Of course, it is impossible to compile a complete list of all the duties and expectations you will be required to do during your day-to-day job. The expectations and responsibilities listed here are merely the minimum functions and performance levels that will be required.
