Job Summary:
Douds of Greensburg and Douds of Plumville are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Associates to join our team at both locations. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Do your friends ask your opinion when it comes to design? Are you constantly thinking of how you could rearrange furniture or add different pieces to freshen up your space? If so, we have the job for you!
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Knowledge of technology sales is an advantage
