Our Delivery Associates are people who love to operate independently, work hard, problem solve with ease, and aren’t afraid to reach out when they don’t know the answer. When interviewing new applicants, we look for excellent communication skills and reliability. No prior delivery experience needed.

IMMEDIATE OPENINGS AVAILABLE
Shifts are available full and part time. At this time, we are asking all new employees to work at least 1 weekend day.
(Full time employees work 4 days a week, 10 hours a day)

Compensation and Benefits:
-$21.00-$23.00* hourly
*Starting wage is $21.00 hourly without prior delivery experience. Employees are eligible for an additional $1.00/hr bonus after 30 days if they meet performance benchmarks. Employee performance reviews are conducted 90 days after hire and every 6 months after that with the potential for an additional $1.00/hr time up to the current cap- within a few months you could be making $23.00/hr.

Basic Requirements:
- Ability to work in the U.S.
- Possess a current and valid driver’s license
- At least 21 years old
- Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs frequently
- Fluency in English language
- Ability to work occasional holidays
- Must pass a drug screening (Marijuana not included in the pre-employment drug test)

As a Delivery Associate you will:
- Safely operate company vehicles for an extended period of time (10hrs/day)
- Greet customers and deliver packages with a positive attitude
- Frequently sit/stand, carry heavy packages, and walk up to 20,000 steps a day
- Use an application to navigate and track deliveries
- Enjoy a largely independent work day
