What You’ll Do

As DV continues to grow rapidly in size and complexity, there is a need to expand and strengthen the in-house creative team with the addition of a junior designer. The jr. designer will work closely with the Sr. Creative Director and wider marketing team to uphold DV’s strong visual brand through both digital and print production.

Social Media

  • Work with Sr. Creative Director and social team to produce images to support events and thought leadership pieces 
  • Stay current with the latest trends and best practices for social imagery 
  • Develop innovative ways to elevate our brand via our social channels

Presentation materials

  • Work with Sr. Creative Director and field marketing/sales enablement to enhance templated and one-off presentation materials
  • Stay current with the latest trends and best practices for presentations
  • Develop innovative ways to elevate our brand in support of sales efforts

Website Maintenance

  • Produce and manage creative assets for website blog that help draw readers in and encourages engagement with our thought leadership pieces
  • Work with the content team to make sure all website assets are kept up to date
  • Within first 90 days assist in visual audit of current website

Video Support

  • Support Creative Director with creation of animated explanatory videos
  • Edit videos of virtual event recordings to support event team
  • Create unique sizzle reels for case studies and reports
  • Within first 6 months assist in development of video creative guidelines

Marketing and Creative Efforts

  • Support all areas of design from project execution to completion
  • Conduct design research to provide insight on industry trends in an effort the support DV’s innovative brand
  • Support Creative Director with design of marketing reports, guides and product collateral
  • Use effective time management and organizational skills to maintain workflows and meet deadlines
  • Follow projects from concept to final approval working with team members from multiple departments
  • Work with Creative Director to create animated videos to support brand
  • Assist with creation of assets for monthly newsletters that will be sent out to current and potential clients to keep them up to date on DV’s latest releases

Who you are 

  • Proficient with Adobe CS products (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro creating animated and non-animated videos
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
  • Proficient in Google Slides and Google Docs
  • 2-3 years experience with a degree in Graphic Design or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of design rules and principles
  • Strong eye for detail & aesthetic
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
  • Self starter who is able to initiative to propose new ideas and projects
  • Passionate about visual problem solving and graphic design
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at one time
  • Knowledge of print production a plus
