DoubleTree Pittsburgh-Cranberry is looking for a Busser!

Busser Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to the customer using a fast-paced approach
  • Cleaning and sanitizing glass, tables, and equipment
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment around food and beverages.
  • Greet customers and answer questions
  • Take orders and prep orders
  • Stock inventory
  • Follow health code standards for sanitation and safety
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Busser Skills:

  • Previous restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Passion for making people happy! (We love what we do)
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure of serving a large group of customers quickly.
  • Ability to remain professional during busy times such as peak hours or when serving a small group of customers.
  • Ability to follow health code guidelines during busy times. (beverage service)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with other team members. (bussing, opening, closing)
  • Ability to work well in a team environment. (you are part of our team)
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and understand service menu items. (food preparation, food safety knowledge)
