• Perform preventive maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis.
• Review maintenance problems, complaints and work orders based on priority and scheduled work.
• Inspect the property to identify potential issues and current needs.
• Complete maintenance logs
• Any other duties assigned by Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
