POSITION PURPOSE
Transports and cleans cooking utensils and service ware in order to provide cooks, buss persons and food servers with appropriate equipment for guests’ dining experience. Also requires clean up of physical area.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Promptly and carefully sort soiled service ware so that it can be put through the dish or pot machine properly.
· Keep dish machines properly cleaned and filled with water per hotel standards.
· Remove trash and boxes. Keep kitchen area clean.
· Maintain and clean employee cafeteria as outlined by the Chef.
· Clean kettles, tilt skillets, pots and pans promptly and completely so cooks can carry out their work.
