Requirements to be successful in this role:
- Prior Bartending/Food Service and hotel experience is ideal, but willing to train the right person. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environment!
- Hilton brand experience is highly desired
- Must be available work a flexible PM schedule including weekends and holidays
- 21 years old to serve alcohol
- Intimate knowledge of - and experience with - various spirits, classic cocktails, beer, & wine
- TIPS/ServSafe Alcohol Certification is a plus
- Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions
- Familiarity with basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating drink prices
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
