We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the propertys overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. Responsibilities: Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments Qualifications: Experience with facilities management software is preferred This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required Valid drivers license and good driving record required Compensation: $16.50 - $17.50 hourly#J-18808-Ljbffr
