Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of mixology, be able to handle a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and take their orders promptly - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Check identification to ensure legal drinking age - Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication - Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences - Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines - Assist with banquet events as needed Skills: - Strong hospitality skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service - Knowledge of brewing techniques and various types of alcoholic beverages - Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in bartending techniques, including mixing cocktails and pouring drinks - Understanding of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures - Experience working with Aloha POS system is preferred but not required - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join our team today and be part of an exciting and dynamic work environment.
