Duties:
- Safely transport passengers to and from designated locations
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the shuttle
- Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle vehicle
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Follow established routes and schedules
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a shuttle driver or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
- Ability to operate a commercial vehicle (CDL not required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to load and unload passenger luggage or freight if required
- Familiarity with operating a forklift or other warehouse equipment is a plus
- Military service experience is a plus
