Allen Shift Leader

Skills Required: Papa John's Shift Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at our Elkhorn City location. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Papa John's Shift Leader and be able to lead a team of employees to ensure the highest level of customer service and quality of product.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of employees during assigned shifts
• Ensure all employees are following company policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
• Ensure all food products are prepared and served according to company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training to current employees

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Papa John's Shift Leader
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be at least 18 years old
