Double H Services, LLC is Hiring a Truck Dispatcher Near Enid, OK
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2-3 years of experience as a truck dispatcher in a similar industry preferred.
- Exceptional ability to schedule drivers, plan routes, and dispatch drivers to customer locations.
- Experience in customer service, as well as generating freight bills and negotiating rates
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Ability to monitor drivers' logs using Geotab
Daily job duties
- Communicate effectively and professionally with drivers regarding shipments
- Book heavy haul loads for maximum revenue generation for each driver
- Communicate with customers about freight details, delivery or pickup times, and special handling requests.
- Weather check pre-determined routes and accommodate route/dispatch changes as needed.
- Organize shipment documents for billing.
