We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced ‪Hotel/Resort General Manager to run our Double Eagle Resort and Spa (doubleeagle.com) located in June Lake CA (20 minutes from Mammoth Lakes CA and 20 minutes from the eastern opening of Yosemite National Park). The area promotes skiing, snowboarding, fishing, hiking, climbing and beautiful site-seeing. ‪

You will be responsible for the management, direction and organization of the operations to maintain high standards of quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.

Applicants must possess:

• Thorough knowledge of Hotel/Resort Operations including Reservations, Housekeeping, Restaurant, Spa, Maintenance, Weddings and Special Events.

• Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.

• Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.

• Mathematical abilities in order to manage inventories, financial spreadsheets and implement cost controls in order to maximize revenues.

• Positive interpersonal skills to provide overall guest satisfaction.

• Bilingual skills are helpful.
