Detailed Job Description :

• Maintain a Guest focus AND a positive attitude to insure NO UNHAPPY GUESTS, NOT EVEN ONE
• Communicates clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel
• Knowledge of basic dish machine operations including set-up and breakdown
• Assumes 100% responsibility for cleanliness of dishes, glassware tableware, pans, utensils, etc.
• Lift, place, and then remove loaded racks of dishes, glassware, tableware and cooking utensils into and from dish machine
• Wash pots, pans and trays by hand when necessary
• Remove loaded trash cans to dock area and empty into dumpster
• Clean floors at end of night
• Comply with all company guidelines regarding Food Safety and Personal Safety
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, floors and all equipment in dish area
• Completes required tasks within assigned time frames
• Assists in other areas of the kitchen / restaurant performing maintenance, cleanliness and / or other duties as assigned
• Opens / Closes dish area properly and follows the all procedures for dish area set-up, breakdown, and cleanliness.
• Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
