Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join our team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet monthly sales targets - Conduct cold calling and follow-up activities to generate leads and schedule appointments - Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget - Conduct test drives with potential buyers and provide product demonstrations - Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to ensure customer satisfaction - Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective sales strategies - Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and benefits - Maintain a clean and organized showroom Qualifications: - Previous experience in outbound sales, preferably in the automotive industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent negotiation and closing skills - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Proficient in using CRM software for managing customer interactions - Knowledge of inventory control processes within a dealership setting We offer competitive compensation, including commission-based earnings, as well as opportunities for career advancement within our organization.
