Vortex Metal Manufacturing is searching for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who will be responsible for delivering a great experience for our customers throughout their entire process. This is a self-reliant, hands-on, fast paced position where an individual will be challenged with multiple goals overlapping in time. They will spend most of their time interacting with customers, partnering with internal teams, and managing the workflow from beginning to end. The CSRs will also be challenged by critically thinking about designing procedures that bring accuracy and efficiency to the back end of our operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance as needed.
• Analyze customer needs on a face-to-face basis and provide appropriate solutions.
• Distribute work to the appropriate departments in order to accomplish tasks received externally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the proper execution of events, in order, and on time; offering support and assistance as necessary.
• Work hand in hand with the delivery coordinator on making sure duct is getting to the customer on time.
• Work well individually and in group settings while maintaining a high attention to detail.
• Maintain a desire to learn and grow professionally.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

• Customer service experience required.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and make decisions independently.
• Able to reliably arrive for a shift on time and remain until the completion of his/her assigned shift.
• A desire to learn and grow within our company.

• Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb. 
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basis, unassisted. 
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. 
• Must be able to interact with people in a professional manner
