Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Home Sales Consultant to join our team. As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in purchasing their dream homes. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and guide potential buyers through the home buying process.

Duties:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target demographics

- Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers

- Showcase model homes and provide detailed information about features, upgrades, and pricing

- Assist customers in selecting the right floor plan, finishes, and options for their new home

- Explain the home buying process, including financing options, contracts, and warranties

- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure timely completion of homes

- Coordinate with real estate agents, lenders, and title companies to facilitate smooth transactions

- Negotiate sales contracts and handle any necessary paperwork

- Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales and build process

- Conduct follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction

- Participate in social media home tours to showcase available homes and communities

- Make in person presentations to local real estate offices or host real estate team meetings in builder home

Requirements:

- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate administrative processes

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Bilingual proficiency in English and [additional language] is a plus

- Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals

- Familiarity with property management and real estate law is a plus

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
