Position Description

• Handle all administrative tasks for the Fire Sprinkler Service department.
• Contract support – assist in preparation of quotes, customer contact information, and timely workflow of agreements.
• Create new customer in eCMS (software), log on customer list, link line item to file, file projects in projects folder, etc.
• Schedule incoming calls, log into job/quote list, and customer confirmations
• Book travel through travel coordinator when job is on different island
• Assist and maintain various reports for billing purposes
• Maintain union and non-union weekly timesheets and send to payroll for processing
• Update weekly manpower schedule via coordinating with Foreman.
• All other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5 years administrative experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the service industry
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Currently living on Oahu
