Doro Restaurant Group is looking for enthusiastic bartenders at their West Hartford, CT restaurants, Treva, Avert and Zohara. Servers ensure all guests are provided with prompt and friendly service according to our standards. Experienced bartenders will need to provide superior service to guests dining at and in the bar, understand and adhere to prep procedures and bar protocol, execute craft cocktails at a fast pace and high volume and demonstrate strong sense of team work. Currently searching for bartenders with 5 years experience in a high volume upscale setting. Must be upbeat, outgoing and positive. Must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills. Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Basic math skills. Ability to work effectively within a team. Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed. Continuous use of hands and arms. Continuous bending, reaching and twisting.

Pay: $25.00 - $55.00 per hour
